Are You THE Authentic Hooked On Vintage?

Yes, we absolutely are! We have missed you all so much! As many of you know, we started our original website in 2005 and sold vintage on our website until 2017 when we temporarily closed. We continued selling on our EBay page, Hooked-On-Vintage, and have been since 2001.

Do You Have A Local Shop?

At this time, we do not have a stand alone shop. We do have a few booths in Concord, NC at The Depot At Gibson Mills! It is the largest and best antique mall in the south!

We also have an Ebay Shop, Hooked-On-Vintage. Please check our store for all kinds of vintage items and to check our great feedback!

Do You Offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! If you are not quite sure what to get your friend or loved one, a gift certificate is the best option! Find our gift certificate, Here, or at the bottom of the page!

How Quickly Will You Ship My Order?

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible! This means, in most cases, we ship the same day we receive your order. Our packages are normally picked up by the US Post Office by 2PM unless there is a substitute Postman. Orders after 2PM will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on the weekend are mailed on Monday morning.

What Are Your Shipping Policies?

We will ship your order via the US Post Office. We try to use First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post. Large items are shipped via UPS. You will recieve a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Once we ship your package the tracking is out of our hands. If your package is delayed, please be patient as most packages are not lost, but delayed. We cannot offer a refund while the package is in transit.

I Can’t Find My Tracking Number?

If you cannot find, or have deleted your tracking number, no problem! Just email us and we will send it to you!

What Shipping Companies Do You Use?

In most cases we use the US Post Office. For larger items we try to ship via UPS since they are normally less expensive for you. We also use Fed Ex on rare occasions.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Each and every item is handpicked by our team, and in most cases are pre-owned vintage with very minor normal wear. They may not be off the shelf perfect, unless stated. In every instance we will do our very best to describe each item accurately. We will never purposely omit a flaw. We want our customer to be more than pleased with their purchases.

However, If we have missed something on your item, we always offer a full refund, including the return shipping.

Please let us know that you would like to return your item within 48 hours of receiving it. All refunds will be given when items are returned within 8 days of purchase.

If you want to return your item because your don’t like it, it is the wrong color, or it doesn’t fit, etc., you are welcome to return your item for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.

If you would like to return your item for an exchange, we do not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by buyer.

Do You Charge A Restocking Fee?

We charge a 15% restocking fees on returns for items that are returned “just because”.

If we have missed a major flaw, which is very rare, than we offer a full refund, including return shipping! We want our customers 100% happy!

If you would like to exchange an item for something else on the website, we do not charge a restocking fee.

What If My Item Is Damaged?

If you have received an item that has been damaged in the mail, like glass, china, a lamp etc. Please take a picture of your box, the shipping label, and your item. Please let us know and please file a claim with the carrier right away. We do not file claims on our end since we do not have the item.

If you receive an item with an issue that we inadvertently missed, and was not mention in the listing, please let us know. We always guarantee our items. Please mail it back to us for a full refund including return shipping.

Remember these are vintage items. Most of our items are in very good to excellent vintage condition, as will be perfectly explained in the listing, however they may not be “modern perfect“. That is to be expected and is part of the charm of vintage!

What Types of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept most forms of payment as shown on the bottom of our website, but we prefer PayPal. If you would like to send a check, that is fine also! Once the check has cleared we will mail your package.

Where Do You Find Your Items?

Treasure hunting is one of our favorite pastimes! We are always searching high and low for amazing vintage and antique items. We travel all over North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, and down the East Coast, for the coolest, highest quality, unique items! We hand pick each and every item listed on this website.
