A cute nos vintage waffle knit top by TOI and sold by Belks. It is a ramie cotton blend textured fabric that is a light cream color, accented with wide stripes in yellow, green, blue, and red. It is a sleeveless style with a scoop neck and 4 buttons on the bodice. It still has the original tag attached. Made in Hong Kong. Super cute!
