NOS vintage “Pin Up” garter belt in a soft pastel blue. It is poly cotton permanent press but it feels like lightweight cotton. The front panel is embroidered with tiny flower sprays. It hooks closed in the back and is adjustable for a 22” to 23” waist. This garter belt was made by Gem Dandy in North Carolina. In original box. Very pretty!
Lovely vintage condition. No holes, tears or stains but you may see a tiny, light age spot here or there.
