A stunning vintage hat by Saks Fifth Avenue Millinery Salon. This hat is small but absolutely gorgeous. It was made from fine silk velvet. The color is a striking emerald green and it was made in 6 sections, like a pinwheel and is trimmed with a simple, classic green bow. Lined in black acetate taffeta.

This hat sits atop the hair and will m ost likely need a hat pin or clip. It is 20 1/2” around the inside brim. Perfect any time of the year, and super fun for St Patrick’s Day!
