This is a rare 1970’s space age note pad by Creative Playthings. It is teal and white quality plastic in a futuristic design. It has the original paper inside. Signed. Vintage 1960s to 1970s. It is in excellent vintage condition and stands nearly 8” high x aprox 5 1/2” wide with paper feeder. A very hard to find piece!
