Vintage Blenko Glass Amoeba Cigar Ashtray Freeform MCM Cobalt Turquoise Blue Sea Waves Design Straw Marks MCM

A fantastic freeform amoeba glass ashtray that I believe is unsigned Blenko. The label is missing. It is a gorgeous and vibrant turquoise blue color that they call cobalt. This is a very solid, thick and heavy glass ashtray that is perfect for the cigar smoker or as a trinket dish or just for display. There are makers “straw marks” on top and bottom as shown. A gorgeous color with a small “waves” design on the top side. It is a slightly textured glass on the inside and on the bottom. The edges are smooth. Est circa 1960s.

Condition: Great vintage condition. There is a couple of tiny rough spots on one of the waves. You can’t see it but you can feel it. I saw no scratches on the glass just straw marks and a few tiny bubbles.

PS. The “starburst“ pattern is from the glass underneath the ashtray, not from the ashtray :-)
