An absolutely adorable vintage bloomers / jumper by Patti Cappalli. Made from a pretty poly /cotton voile striped fabric in soft purple, lavender, orange, turquoise and metallic gold. It has ruffled shoulders that are encased elastic that can be worn off the shoulder. Under the ruffles the bodice is gathered for fullness. The legs are full with elastic hem.
