A stunning vintage coat in a feminine design, slightly tailored with an abundance of ribbon scroll work that is accented by shimmery plum glass beadwork. It has bracelet length sleeves, full at the cuff, and a wide collar without lapel. The back of the jacket has a simple yolk that falls into an ultra flared design. Padded shoulders. The hem, sleeves, collar and bodice, are all completely covered in the embroidery beaded design. The color is deep rich plum more than vibrant purple. It is an elegant piece and one that is hard to find. Lined in plum crepe. One tiny pinhead size hole in lining and the button at the neck is missing.
