A lovely vintage skirt by Miss Shaheen in a wonderful rich red sheer nylon organdy. The fabric is covered with small heart shaped umbrellas that are filled with tiny flowers. It has a 12in ruffle in a coordinating fabric with an Asian inspired border and small paisley. The A-line style is softly flared with banded and gathered waist. It is fully lined. Side zipper. |
