Vintage 1930's Cotton Redingote Dress Pattern Vogue 6695

A vintage pattern for aa wonderful day dress from the 1930's, "From Paris Comes A Brand New Idea, The Cotton Redingote". Here is the description on the back:

"Frock features circular frills set into seams at front of the blouse in windblown effect. Short kimono sleeves with gussett at underarm falls in small jabot at top. Straight skirt fitted with darts at back joins blouse at waistline under belt. Loose fitting redingote with or without sleeves. Sectional cape is fitted with darts at neck.Coat is unlined. Same belt is used for coat and dress. Sewing instructions included.
