The unique fabric is heavy, dark blue chenille covered by multi colored swags. The swags are woven into the fabric and are vibrant reds, orange, turquoise, soft gold, blue, berry, soft purple, green, brown and black. The waist is banded has has thin loops for a favorite belt.
