Hooked On Vintage always guarantees our items. We are committed to bringing you, high quality, authentic vintage clothing and accessories. We do our best to describe each item clearly and accurately.

If you are new to buying vintage clothing, please keep in mind that each piece is a treasure that is unique and individual. In most cases vintage clothing is not new, it has been worn and is not "store perfect". We call it character, it is part of the charm and allure of vintage clothing and accessories, thats why we love it! It has a life all of its own!

Some items though they are in excellent condition, may need a light dry cleaning, pressing, or freshening.

Remember that the item you have fallen in love with is probably one of a kind, so if it is calling to you, don't let it get away!

To Order

Our order process is simple! Just place your items in your shopping bag and follow the steps for checkout. We accept payments via Paypal payments as well as money orders. You will be sent a notification of your purchase order and a notice when your package has been shipped.

We always give our active military personnel with APO addresses, 20% off of their order! Discount code at check-out is: mil20

All payments must be received within 7 days. If payments have not been received the item will once again be placed on sale.

Sorry, we do not ship to Africa.

At this time we do not offer a layaway program.

Shipping

We ship everyday by 11:00am EST except Sunday. We normally ship within 12 to 24 hours of payment.

Shipping Methods
For our buyers in the United States we ship via Priority Mail, Parcel Post and Fed Ex Ground. For our international buyers we ship Air Parcel Post and Air Letter Post and if at all possible, we ship Global Priority. Upon special request we can ship for the less expensive rates with 4 to 6 week shipping times.

You will be sent an email once the package has been shipped. We will also send a label number or tracking number for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. All claims must be filed directly with the respective carrier. We will be glad to re-send your tracking number if needed. We will ALWAYS do our best to make every transaction as care free as possible! We want to make shopping with Hooked On Vintage a fun event!

Refunds

We guarantee all of our items. We do our best to look carefully over each and every item, and will describe it accordingly. If we have overlooked something , a full refund will be given. If returned for any other reason, we offer a refund ( see return policy ) excluding all shipping fees, plus a 20% restocking fee. Store credits are not charged a restocking fee.

Returns

If you need to return an item, simply email us within 48 hours of receiving your item for a return authorization. Return the item within 5 days (10 days International ) in the same box and in the same condition as you received it, unworn and undamaged, . We will issue a refund less a 20 % restocking fee. Sorry we do not refund shipping fees. ** If we have overlooked something major, full refunds will be given.

Sizing

Vintage clothing was sized much differently than our modern clothing. We will give the actual measurements for each item. We suggest measuring a favorite piece of clothing that basically resembles the item your interested in and then comparing those to the measurements given.

When quoting the actual measurements for the bust, and hips, please note that we leave aprox 1/2in extra on each side that is not included in the measurement to assure the best fit.

Shoulders: Seam to seam
Ragland Sleeves: Neck to bottom of sleeves
Bust/Chest: Underarm seam to seam then doubled
Waist: Seam to seam then doubled
Hips ( aprx 9in below natural waistline ): Seam to seam then doubled
Arm Length: Shoulder seam to end of sleeve
Inseam for pants: Crotch to bottom of hem
Rise for pants: Waist to crotch
Overall length for skirt: Waist to hem
Overall length for dress: Neck to hem
Overall length for shirt: Neck to hem
